This Wandsworth house was stripped to the shell and extended in 4 directions; up, down, back and sideways.

This Wimbledon house hadn’t been touched since it was built in the 1930s. There was no central heating and each room had a fireplace. It was taken back to the brick, a basement and extension were added and the whole house was completely remodelled.

This Wandsworth house was fully refurbished and a new basement was excavated.

This Grade II listed house had been in the same family for decades and more recently each room had been rented out individually.

We are currently adding an 1,100 sqft basement under the foot print of this property and remodelling the upper floors. Completion
